This is where professional gastronomy begins – ProKitchen Expo 2026
A professional kitchen today is much more than cooking equipment. It is a precisely designed system in which efficiency, energy savings, hygiene, ergonomics and increasing automation all play a crucial role. This is exactly the vision of modern gastronomy presented at ProKitchen Expo 2026, which brought together representatives of the HoReCa industry at Ptak Warsaw Expo on 15-17 September.

The exhibition offered an insight into the entire operation of a professional kitchen - from food preparation and processing, through cooking and refrigeration, to dishwashing, ventilation, hygiene and digital venue management. Solutions were presented by, among others, Electrolux Professional, Fagor Professional, MARESTO Polska, AUTOCOOK, Horecaline.pl, MAPAL Polska, EDATA Polska, Espiga, I-KLIMAT, Positive Machines, Raypath, Zepter International Poland and Cleandeco.
The event was supported by Łukasiewicz - Sieć Badawcza, Ogólnopolskie Stowarzyszenie Szefów Kuchni i Cukierników and Krajowa Rada Gastronomii i Cateringu. Technology also met the experience of industry practitioners during the Conference on Equipment, Technologies and Installations for Professional Gastronomy. Jacek Czauderna and Robert Zimnoch, among others, spoke about efficiency, innovation and the development of the sector. Another important part of the programme was the Excellence Award Trade Fair Medal Ceremony, during which companies and solutions of particular importance to the development of professional gastronomy were recognised.
