Leaders of the gastronomy and sweet industries recognized during the Medal Ceremony

The Medal Ceremony was the official culmination of Warsaw Sweet Tech and ProKitchen Expo and an opportunity to recognize companies, brands and organizations actively contributing to the development of both events. The ceremony brought together representatives of the confectionery, ice cream, bakery and coffee sectors with the professional gastronomy and HoReCa technology industries. Warsaw Sweet Tech focuses on solutions for the sweet industry, while ProKitchen Expo presents technologies, equipment and furnishings for professional kitchens and gastronomy.

Laureates

The awards highlighted solutions and initiatives presented during the events – from technologies supporting professional gastronomy to products and projects related to the confectionery sector. In the “Trade Fair Product” category:

  • Fundację Fitmentor

The distinctions recognized companies sharing specialist knowledge and presenting solutions that address the practical needs of modern gastronomy. The title of “Industry Expert” was awarded to:

  • MyRest Sp. z o.o.

In the “Co-creator of the Trade Fair’s Success” category, awards were presented to:

  • My Gelato Aleksander Pitura
  • Sempre
  • Cech Rzemiosł Spożywczych w Warszawie

Meanwhile, were recognized for “Trade Fair Engagement”:

During the ceremony, SME distinctions were also awarded. They were presented to:
